£90 for the first hour of any visit where diagnostics are required.
£70 an hour for the following hours.
We'll always aim to fix your boiler within the first hour but if further work or parts are required, everything will be fully explained until understood and a quote will be given for the rest of the work.

As some job duration's are harder to predict, customers can opt to have the labour run at 30 minute intervals at the rates stated above which ever they'd prefer.
​
If the job is an emergency and we don't have it on the van we can try to source the part locally to get the job resolved for the customer the same day. The time needed to pick up the parts will be included in the price quoted.

Discounts will be applied to the hourly rate for longer fixed price jobs.

All call-outs have a minimum first hour charge of £90

Some boilers will require a full strip down of the heat exchanger every 3-5 years. This is not included in normal yearly boiler service and seals required would be additional. All services done fully to manufacturers instructions
